60 or 90 Minute Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish
massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease
muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic
massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm
state of relaxation.
60 or 90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a
technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below
the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries
below the surface.
Couples Massage
Couples Massage will be customized to each person. This is a
wonderful way to share the positive energy and space with someone
close to you. Christian Beach is intuitive and skilled in connecting
with his clients. Together we can bring results to a couples session
for you.
Four-Hands Massage
In a four-hands massage, two therapists work on one client, often
using synchronized moves. A four-hands massage can be like
experiencing two full body massages at the same time. Good massage
therapists will use the client’s body as a form of canvas onto which
they choreograph slow, detailed moves of varying paces and
pressures. For instance, both your legs or arms are being massaged
at the same time. One therapist works on the right side of your back
while the other works on the left.
